The O’s Somme Memorial Fund is delighted to confirm another O’s Somme Tour in July 2026, which will coincide with the 110th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme, and the 20th anniversary of the first ever O’s trip to the Somme back in 2006.
The summer of 2026 may well seem a long way off, but the amount of organising and planning required is immense.
The continuing, and indeed growing interest, in the O’s major contribution in the Great War is leading us to expect another large group will once again make the pilgrimage over to the battlefields of northern France.
The dates are Thursday 23rd July to Sunday 26th July, 2026, inclusive.
As on previous tours, we shall be staying at the well-equipped Holiday Inn Express Hotel in Arras, and whilst the itinerary has still to be finalised, we are looking to include some new locations.
